Terms and Conditions

 Should you cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, your credit card on file will be charged the cancellation fee. If you do not arrive at your scheduled appointment without providing notification, the service will be considered rendered, and you will either be charged the total amount of the service or the cancellation fee, whichever is greater. Appointments scheduled for Monday must be canceled/rescheduled by 3 pm on Saturday to avoid cancellation fees. Should you arrive late for a scheduled appointment and time does not allow us to perform some or all of your treatment, the total amount of the service or the cancellation fee (whichever is greater) will be charged to your credit card on file. The cancellation fee for all other services is $50. 

 If a client books multiple services in one appointment session and a longer appointment time is required to perform services, a non-refundable deposit of $300 will be required at the time of booking, and a 48-hour cancellation policy will apply. If a client needs to reschedule and contacts our office before the 48-hour window, the deposit will be secured as a credit until you reschedule. The deposit will be lost if the client no-shows or cancels with less than the required 48-hour notice.
